1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using NH RIDE SHARE, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

2. Platform role

NH RIDE SHARE is a technology platform that helps users discover and coordinate shared journeys and related opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NH RIDE SHARE does not itself operate vehicles, employ drivers, control a user's journey, or act as the passenger's or driver's agent. Users decide whether to interact, confirm a journey and travel together.

3. User responsibilities

Users must comply with applicable laws, provide truthful journey and vehicle information, maintain any licence, registration, insurance, permit or authorisation required for their activity, and use reasonable personal judgement. Users must not impersonate others, create fraudulent requests, misuse contact information, harass others, carry prohibited items or use the service for unsafe or unlawful purposes.

4. Rides, payments and credits

Journey contributions or fares agreed between users are paid directly between the passenger and driver unless the app expressly states otherwise. NH RIDE SHARE may charge a platform fee through credits. Any available credit price, reservation, deduction, release, refund and validity information will be displayed in the app. Test or promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. Bookings, OTPs and cancellations

A request, invitation, offer or counter-offer is not final until accepted through the app. Start and end OTPs are security and trip-status tools and must be shared only at the appropriate stage. Users should review journey details before confirming. Cancellations, no-shows, expired journeys and safety concerns may affect bookings, credits or account access as described in the app.

6. User content and communications

Users are responsible for ride listings, messages, ratings, reviews, reports and other content they submit. Content must be accurate, lawful and respectful. We may restrict or remove content, limit communication features, investigate reports, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or compliance.

7. Safety

Safety tools, verification information, OTPs, ratings and reports reduce certain risks but do not guarantee identity, conduct, vehicle condition or a safe journey. Users should independently assess each journey, follow applicable road and transport laws, use in-app safety tools, and contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that matching, notifications, maps, routes, communications or other features will always be available, accurate or uninterrupted. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

9. Account action and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, misuse the platform or are required to be restricted by law. Users may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NH RIDE SHARE is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of users, journey delays, cancellations, vehicle condition, items carried, user-to-user payments, or losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or operating practices. The revised terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an applicable notice period constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
